Hi I'm Jacob Sali, a Director and Cinematographer based in the GTA. I’m passionate about visual storytelling that feels both intentional and emotionally grounded. Whether I’m behind the lens, directing talent, or shaping tone in the grade, my focus is always on delivering cinematic work with clarity, craft, and heart.

I work across narrative, commercial, music video, and documentary formats, bringing a deep understanding of camera movement, lighting design, and post-production aesthetics. With experience in both large-scale productions and agile Indie sets, I know how to lead a visual team while staying adaptable to any creative environment.

Alongside directing and shooting, I operate camera and work as a colorist — giving me a full-spectrum view of image-making from pre-production to final delivery. I’ve built my own G&E, camera, and post packages to support productions at any level, and I’m always seeking new collaborators who are serious about the art and process of filmmaking.
